Home Buying & Moving Toolkit ("the App") does not collect or store personal information directly. However, the App includes third-party services (Google AdMob) that may collect anonymized data to serve relevant advertisements.

Data collected by AdMob

• Device identifiers (e.g., IDFA)
• Interaction and engagement data (e.g., ad impressions and clicks)
• Location (approximate, non-identifying, if enabled)

How we use the data

The App uses AdMob to deliver ads that help fund development. You may see relevant ads based on limited usage data. This data is not stored by us, and is handled solely by Google AdMob per their privacy policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

User choices

Users can opt out of personalized ads via the App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS or adjust their ad preferences in device settings. The App also offers an optional one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase.
