Recently when I select 'Run Mail Merge' or Update or Cancel for a task nothing happens.  When I select 'Email/Document Detail' I get a message 'To help prevent milcious code from running, one or more objects in this form were not loaded'.  Not sure if these two items are related, but I can't figure out how to get my merge process to run like it was until a week or so ago.  What happened? Any ideas on how to fix?

Thanks for the suggestion.  I tried your suggestion on two contacts but it didn't work (still can't generate documents from the Task item). I did generate the documents from the Merge option in the contact tab. Any other suggestions are appreciated.  Thanks!
