Welcome to the Sonoma Enterprises Support forums! The forum is where you can get answers to your questions about all of our products.
To provide the most efficient support possible we request that you provide us with (at a minimum) the following pieces of information when you submit a question.
- Full Outlook Version (you can find this by going to the Help-About MS Office Outlook menu, it is in the format Outlook 2007 – 12.0.6514.5000 SP2 MSO 12.0.6529.5000)
- Windows Version (e.g., Windows XP – SP2, or Windows 7 Ultimate - 64 bit, etc)
- If you can connected to an Exchange server, or stand alone – if you do not know what an exchange server you probably are not using one.
- Any messages that you are receiving – screen shots are very helpful
- Version of the Sonoma Enterprises product you are using – this is generally found in the options page.
We will reply to your question within one working day, but frequently will respond in a much shorter time frame.
