Active Agent for Outlook - Real Estate Contact Form - Notes and User Fields The standard Outlook contact has a single free form notes field on the main (general) tab of the contact. These notes are not time/date stamped and are editable by anyone who can access the contact record. The Active Agent for Outlook notes tab is a time and date stamped notes field that once entered is not editable by any one, that way it is a permanent note with the contact.
