Estate Contact Form - General
The
General tab of the contact has several significant
additions:
• Schedule Follow-up - This
is a list of follow up types that you define, that
with a single mouse click will be added to your calendar
or task list (depending how you setup the follow-up).
• Campaign Admin - Apply a
campaign directly from the contact record and/or find
all applied campaigns for this contact.
• Distribution lists - Add/remove
a person from distribution lists, no longer do you
have to find each individual distribution list, open
it and add/remove the contact.
• Additional fields - Preferred
Contact. Contact Source, Contact Type, Contact Status,
Spouse (moved to this tab), Letter Salutation, Assistant's
Name and phone (moved here), Date of Purchase and
other phone.
• Contact Tools
- A toolbar that loads with the contact which allows
you to merge letters and print formatted contact reports.
