Active Agent for Outlook makes yet another one of the tedious tasks as easy as a few clicks. To export your data you simply select your contacts and click on the export option, it is even added to an email ready to send to your print shop. |

Select the contact from the contact list or select based upon folders and criteria

You are then asked if you would like to view the file, if you select no you are then asked if you want to email it, selecting yes exports the contact data as a comma separated values (CSV) file and attaches it to an email. |

Export Data with a few clicks
Select the Contacts to Export
Tell the export if you want to view the Exported Data
If not them Email the Exported Data
