The Active Agent product adds the property and location info to the contact record, the Active Agent MT adds it to the group record. Each product has its benefits and drawbacks when compared to the other product. The Active Agent product allows you to merge the information that you enter in the property fields with your Word and Publisher documents. The Active Agent MT allows you to store multiple properties and associate them to a single contact (e.g., you are working with a person on both a buy and sell or you want to maintain a history of transactions).

Is ACTive Agent compatible with ACT! 6?

This half of ACTive Agent fills in the "gaps" of software functionality that ACT! alone does not provide for Real Estate specific applications
