To transfer you data from your old contact database into the new Active Agent database following the steps in the ACT! Help. To accee the ACT! Help:press F1 when in ACT!, click on the index tab and scroll down to the import entry and click on 'Another ACT! Database', instructions will be on the right.

Instructions are also available on the ACT! website ( http://itdomino.act.com/act.nsf/docid/20024894543). At step 5 you will select your old Act! database.
